    The Best Fried Chicken

    This chicken marinates for two days in buttermilk and then fried. Start it on Saturday. Fry on Monday. Enjoy Tuesday

     

    Yellow Mustard ColeslawYellow Mustard Coleslaw

    Chop the veggies and mix up the dressing ahead of time.  Toss when ready to serve for maximum crunchiness.

     

    3 Minute Corn On The Cob3 Minute Magic Corn On The Cob

    Shuck the farmer's market corn ahead of time.  Microwave and store. Serve with hot butter, lime wedge or just eat plain.

     

    Classic Italian Pasta Salad

    This is best prepared one or two days ahead of time to allow all the wonderful flavors to merge.  It is an antipasto platter in a bowl.

     

    vanilla bean gelatoHomemade Vanilla Bean Gelato

    Make a double batch of Vanilla Bean Gelato and freeze. Serve with a cherry topping and a firecracker.

     

    Dark Dark Chocolate BrowniesDark, Dark Chocolate Salted Brownies

    Make these ahead of time and hide in the fridge in a air-tight container until the 4th.
