    This is a savory and hearty side dish that can be made ahead of time. Farro is an ancient Italian grain, and holds up well to strong flavors. The crispy pancetta, sherry vinegar, craisins, and walnuts all compliment the cubes of butternut squash. Easy to make, and reheats well in the microwave right before dinner.
